Cancellation Policy

PLEASE READ CAREFULLY DO NOT SKIP! $25-45 DEPOSITS ARE REQUIRED DEPENDING ON THE SERVICE. After 30 MINS IF I HAVENT RECIEVED A DEPOSIT I WILL DENY THE APPT REQUEST! If requesting a specific style, please add to the services you are requesting. If that specific style is not listed , please reach out to me at 402-973-4474 to discuss the styling price. BEFORE THE APPT Deposits are non refundable- unless I cancel or reschedule appt. Deposits cannot be used to book another appt if rescheduling 24-48 hours before appt. A new deposit will be required. I accept deposits by Cash App $locgoat97 Zelle - 402-973-4474 Or Apple Pay ($2 extra for fees) No EXTRA GUESTS (unless they are receiving a service.) Please be ready at the time of your appt. After 5 mins a late fee will be applied. After 15 mins late the appt will be canceled unless we have discussed you being late and agreed on keeping the appt. CLEAR COMMUNICATION IS KEY! I am very understanding but I can’t do much to assist if I don’t know. Please book accordingly to what you want done for example : please refrain from booking a retwist on the site and waiting until you’re in the chair to request loc repairs. Everything takes time so it’s best that I can know ahead of time , to be prepared to service you with great QUALITY! I move pretty efficiently but I do not rush perfection ❤️!
